Reserve a Room (by room)

​The renter must be at least 18 years of age.  

No group or organization may use the Meeting Room for more than one meeting per month on a regularly scheduled basis.  

Rental Fee, Damage Deposit, and Signed Rental Agreement are required to secure the reservation. Online booking is not confirmation of room rental.  

The pricing for the rental of the Meeting Room is $60 per hour for Euless citizens or $120 per hour for non-residents. All Meeting Room bookings have a three-hour minimum.  

Any set up and clean up time will be included in the renter’s scheduled time. Excess rental time will be charged by the hourly fee.

Study Room 01 offers library users a private space to study or work. It is located to the right of Classroom 1.  

A VALID LIBRARY CARD NUMBER AND PIN WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE STUDY ROOM 01. 

Persons aged 16 and over may reserve Study Rooms with a valid library card.  

Study Rooms can be reserved once per day for a maximum of 2 hours, though time may be extended based on availability and at the discretion of library staff. 

Study Rooms should be left in the condition in which it was found, this includes disposing of any trash and removing all personal belongings. 

The person who reserves the study room should be present for the reservation period.  

Bookings not claimed within 15 minutes of the start of the reservation time will be canceled.

Study Room 02 offers library users a private space to study or work. It is located to the left of Classroom 2.

A VALID LIBRARY CARD NUMBER AND PIN WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE STUDY ROOM 02. 

Persons aged 16 and over may reserve Study Rooms with a valid library card.  

Study Rooms can be reserved once per day for a maximum of 2 hours, though time may be extended based on availability and at the discretion of library staff. 

Study Rooms should be left in the condition in which it was found, this includes disposing of any trash and removing all personal belongings. 

The person who reserves the study room should be present for the reservation period.
