Come to the library and practice reading to our miniature horses, Cricket & Stanley!

The target audience is elementary-aged children.

This program uses therapy miniature horses as reading companions for children.  Often, reading for children involves overcoming fear.  The mini horses offer a method to help alleviate the fear associated with reading by serving as non-judgmental, attentive listeners.
